Welcome to the 2026 Spring Season at Gilbert Softball Little League!
This season only Tee-ball and Ponytails will have friend and coach requests taken into consideration.
Minors, Majors and Juniors/Seniors will be required to attend Mandatory evaluations, followed by a player draft before the season begins.
Key dates (tentative):
Wednesday, December 8: Early Registration opens with $10 discount
December 31: Early Registration ends
January 21: Last day to register
Saturday, January 24: Mandatory evaluations Juniors, Majors and Minors
January 27-28: Draft and teams announced
Monday, February 2: First day of practice
Saturday, February 28: Opening Day
March 2 - May 1: Regular season
March 9 - 20: Gilbert Spring Break, no games these 2 weeks
May 4 - May 15: Post-season tournament
Practices can be any day of the week.
All games will be as follows:
Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30: Ponytails and Minors
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30: Majors and Juniors/Seniors
Saturday mornings: Teeball (interleague vs Gilbert National boys as well)
League Age is your age on January 1st of this year. For example if you have a 2012 birthyear, then you are considered to be Little League Age 12 for the entire calendar year, including this upcoming Fall.
Since Fall is developmental in preparation for next Spring, girls are allowed to play up to the next age division in the Fall.
Division ages are as followed:
Teeball: 4-6
Ponytails: 6-8
Minors: 8-10
Majors: 10-12
Juniors/Seniors: 13-16
